Responsible for the day to day running of Sacred Heart Catholic High School. Mrs Howell has the strategic overview of Staffing, Recruitment and Selection, Teaching School, Teaching and Learning, Quality Assurance, SLT links and School to School Support.

Director of SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training)

Responsible for Initial Teacher Training, School Finances, Pupil Premium, Literacy and G&T. Mr Douglass also teaches Geography.

Responsible for pastoral care in KS3 and KS4, progress, safeguarding and PSHCE. Mr Clarke also teaches Chemistry.

Responsible for curriculum, progress in KS3-4, assessment systems, data analysis, examinations, target setting, and student tracking.

Mr Cousins also teaches Physics and Maths.

Responsible for the school site and personal development.

Responsible for whole school teaching and learning, continuous professional development, coaching and action research. Mr Bradley also teaches Geography.

MR MICHAEL ASHTON-THOMPSON

Responsible for primary transition and primary curriculum links across the partnership.  He is responsible for Trust websites, IT strategy across the Trust, and educational trips and visits. Mr Ashton-Thompson also teaches Computer Science.

Mrs Gundlach is responsible for school ethos, Sixth Form, quality assurance,  marketing, school events, and middle leader support. Mrs Gundlach also teaches Religious Studies.

Miss Connolly is responsible for the operational overview of the SCITT, curriculum and assessment, middle leader development, the overview of literacy and numeracy across the curriculum. Miss Connolly also teaches English.
