Heart Fest 2026 ❤️

A group of Year 8 students recently enjoyed a fantastic opportunity to attend Heart Feast at Emmaus Youth Village alongside students from other schools across the Sacred Heart Network. Over the course of two nights, students took part in a variety of activities designed to help them reflect on what it means to be Artisans of Peace and to deepen their understanding of the Sacred Heart Goal of Social Awareness.

Throughout the retreat, students challenged themselves through activities including an escape room experience and a nature walk, encouraging them to become more aware of the world around them and their role in caring for others and creation. They also had the chance to meet new people, share ideas, and grow in confidence while reflecting on how they can make a positive difference in their communities.

We are incredibly proud of how our students represented Sacred Heart Fenham throughout the visit. Their enthusiasm, respect and engagement were a credit to our school. A special thank you goes to Mr Brooks and Mrs Rowell for giving their time to supervise and support the students during this memorable experience.
