This month, Junior LitSoc were lucky enough to have another amazing guest speaker - Gina Lowes, an ex-Sacred Heart student who is a Visual Effects (VFX) Production Manager in the TV and Film Industry. Her clients include Disney, the BBC and Marvel. She talked us through her route from Sacred Heart, where she took Film Studies A-Level 10 years ago, to King's College, London for a degree in Film, and then working her way up from being an unpaid runner, to her position now. She was highly inspirational and yet again the girls learned that taking Arts subjects at A-Level and beyond can result in well-paid, highly satisfying careers.
