KS4 and KS5 Goals Ambassador training

Our KS4 and KS5 Goals Ambassadors gathered for their first training session of the year. Working in small groups, students explored what it means to be a Goals Ambassador and shared ideas about how they can support and inspire our school community through the Sacred Heart Goals.

As part of the session, ambassadors planned creative ways to celebrate key liturgical events throughout the year, including Advent and Lent. They discussed activities, displays, prayer opportunities and ways to encourage younger students to engage with the Goals in meaningful ways.

The group also began preparing for the KS4 and KS5 Welcome Mass. We were delighted by the number of students who volunteered to take part in the liturgy through readings and other ministries. Ambassadors worked together to write bidding prayers focusing on important themes such as Black History Month, world peace, and social awareness.

A huge thank you to all our Goals Ambassadors for their enthusiasm, ideas, and willingness to volunteer their time. Your commitment to supporting our school ethos and helping KS3 students live out the Sacred Heart Goals is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to seeing all that you achieve this year.
