NE1 Can

Kerry from NE1 LTD joined Year 12 students today during their afternoon career session to introduce NE1 CAN's programme of career insight events.

NE1 CAN brings together cross-sector businesses, education and youth providers to deliver real-life employability encounters from young people across the North East. Kerry spoke to students about the importance of attending career insight events to help understand the different careers available in the future and what specific careers entail.

With a host of opportunities, students can apply to attend events ranging from Catering to Law, to even events with the NHS. In the future, Kerry has offered to a host a focus group with Sacred Heart Sixth Form to help plan new events across an even wider range of sectors.
