Parent/Carer access to Unifrog

At Sacred Heart we want to ensure that students can successfully enter their next stages of education, training or employment with the best possible qualifications, guidance and work place information.

Alongside every student in years 7 - 13 now having access to a Unifrog account, we have extended this to parents and carers.

All contacts registered for SchoolPing at Sacred Heart have received log-in details outlining how to register as a parent/carer on the Unifrog website.

If you have not yet registered for SchoolPing from Sacred Heart then please contact enquiries to do so.

Unifrog brings into one place job information such as

  • What the job involves

  • Working hours and environment

  • Career path and progression

  • Skills required

  • Entry requirements

  • Labour Market Information (LMI) - like salary, availability and future demand.

It also includes every undergraduate university course, apprenticeship, and college course in the UK, as well as other opportunities, such as School Leaver Programmes, MOOCs and every college at Oxford and Cambridge. This make it easy for students to compare and choose the best university courses, apprenticeships or further education courses for them.

Additionally, the platform helps students successfully apply for these opportunities by writing their personal statement, applications and CVs and guiding them through the process, allowing teachers to give live feedback.

Students access the tool for the first time in school after a presentation assembly to help them register and start using the portal.

They then login using their school email address and password (which can be reset if forgotten via the Unifrog website) from any computer, tablet or smartphone.

We would encourage you to use the platform with your child so you can support them through the process of deciding their next step.
