UPDATE IN EXCITING INTER-FORM SPORTS COMPETITION

Each half term, Year 7 and 8 form classes have competed against each other at lunch time in a variety of competitions in PE.  These have included relay races, dodgeball, netball, 1km run and a 1-mile team challenge. The final competition will be a tennis tournament next half term. 

Each class has a sports captain who organises their form class team and they have all done a great job, demonstrating good leadership and organisational skills.  It has been wonderful to see so many students getting involved and fully embraced the competitions, demonstrating fantastic team work skills and sporting ability. 

The current leader board sees 7RRN in the lead with quite a margin in the Year 7 competition, but it looks like there could be a battle for second place between 7HLN and 7JCH.  In Year 8, 8ASK lead with only one point and will be only too aware of how close 8ERY are to stealing their victory! The tennis tournament after half term will decide!
