As part of our Year 12 PSHCE curriculum, Year 12 students attended a presentation on Knife Crime delivered by Claire O’Neil who works for The Northumbria Violence Reduction Unit - VRU.
This important session covered why a young person might carry a knife, the Law (including the new Offensive Weapons Act) and signposted additional information and support for students to access.
