This month, our Year 7 students were warmly welcomed into the Sacred Heart community during their Welcome Mass at St Robert’s Church, led by Father Dunn. The Mass was a special opportunity for students to begin their Sacred Heart journey together in prayer and reflection, surrounded by members of our wider school family.

A sincere thank you to our Year 7 volunteers from each form class who confidently read the bidding prayers and helped to make the liturgy so meaningful. We are also grateful to our Year 13 Sixth Form Ethos Leadership Team for their support throughout the celebration, assisting with readings, and helping to ensure the day ran smoothly.

It was wonderful to welcome Year 2 students from Sacred Heart Primary School, as well as parents, carers and staff, who joined us to celebrate this important milestone.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the planning and running of the day. It was a joyful and prayerful occasion, and we look forward to accompanying our Year 7 students as they continue their Sacred Heart journey.
