CELEBRATING SPORTING SUCCESS: A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

On Thursday 12th June, we proudly hosted our annual Sports Celebration Evening — a fantastic occasion dedicated to honouring the commitment, effort, and achievements of our students in sport over the past year.

The evening celebrated a wide range of accomplishments, starting with recognising outstanding attendance and involvement in extra-curricular clubs. We then applauded those who have proudly represented the school in various sports teams, showing dedication both on and off the field. Individual and team awards highlighted the exceptional contributions made across our sporting calendar, while our Sports Leaders were celebrated for their hard work, enthusiasm, and support in organising events and inspiring younger students.

Special recognition was also given to our Gifted and Talented athletes, and students who demonstrated exceptional performance in their GCSE sports.

The night concluded with our most anticipated awards — Sports Personality and Runner-Up Sports Personality of the Year. These honours go beyond performance, celebrating students who demonstrate teamwork, positivity, and dedication in everything they do. This year, a huge congratulations goes to Ayca, our runner-up, and to Hollie, who was named Sports Personality of the Year. Both students have set an inspiring example for others to follow.

It was a wonderful evening of celebration, and we are immensely proud of all our students. Here's to another incredible year of sport ahead!
