FIND YOUR FLOW YOGA

This half term, Year 7 and Year 8 students took part in a yoga taster session during PSHCE with Kristy from Find Your Flow Yoga. The sessions were met with great enthusiasm, with many students expressing how much they enjoyed the experience—some even noted feeling noticeably calmer by the end of the class.
Yoga can have a range of physical and mental benefits for students, from reducing stress and promoting emotional regulation to enhancing focus and mindfulness. These sessions were designed to equip students with simple, effective strategies to support their well-being, while also offering them the chance to try something new.
We are pleased to share that yoga sessions will continue next year, as at Sacred Heart we recognise the value of starting the school day with a calm atmosphere.
