GIRLS ARE INVESTORS!

Year 12 Business students are currently taking part in the GAIN Investment Challenge (Girls are Investors). The annual stock pitch competition aims to provide young women with a unique insight into the world of investment management and key analysis skills.

Each team has been assigned a company (the stock) to research and will ultimately produce both a written report and a video pitch advising on whether to buy, hold or sell the stock as a potential investment opportunity.

The teams have been attending weekly sessions to gain an understanding of how to analyse a business, as well as working with a mentor who works as an investment analyst. They are now in the final stages of making their recommendations.
