We are proud to celebrate the second year of Goodness Odumade, Erin Devine (Y9) and Angel Riconalla’s (Y11) involvement in Next Generation Act, the Royal Shakespeare Company’s long-term talent development programme for young people across the country.

Designed to support emerging talent of those who may not typically have access to professional opportunities in the arts, Next Generation Act works with selected individuals over several years to develop their performance skills, build confidence, and take their first steps into the world of work.

This year, students continued their actor training with a week-long residency in April. Working closely with RSC artists in Stratford-upon-Avon, they focused on building essential skills in communication, collaboration, and ensemble work. The week will culminate in the performance of their 2025 production, which is set to be performed on 20–21 August.

We are thrilled to see our students thrive as part of this inspiring programme and look forward to supporting them through this exciting next stage of their training.
