YEAR 9 ASSEMBLY FROM KOOTH

Kooth is an NHS funded mental health support, which is provided online for young people. It is an excellent resource that includes discussion boards, reading materials, and counselling with trained professionals via an anonymous chat box. The app is monitored and available 365 days of the year. Andrew, a representative from the charity, spoke with our Year 9s about the app and its benefits. Kooth is another brilliant way of accessing mental health support, alongside our other initiatives in school.
