Mindfulness sessions with Sister Margaret

Sacred Heart would like to thank Sister Margaret, who has been coming into Sacred Heart to work with students on Mindfulness since the Winter term. She has been kindly giving her time to work with small groups of students from Year 8 to Year 11.

She will be continuing with Year 7 in the coming weeks. The students involved in these sessions have been passing their newly learned coping strategies to other students, and even to staff.
