Year 7 PSHCE talk from Macmillan

On Thursday 15th May, Year 8 students attended a talk during PSHCE delivered by Olwyn who volunteers for Macmillan.

The talk covered many aspects of Macmillan's work, as well as the general risks around developing cancer, and the treatments available.

At the end of the talk students were given the option to come and ask questions, which many of them did. They were respectful and sensible, and asked insightful questions.

We were proud of the mature way that Year 8 conducted themselves today.
