From Classroom to ‘Bake-Off’ Tent

This month, GCSE PE students had a two-day intense training and assessment at Sunderland Climbing Wall. The girls had to show real resilience - both for the difficulty of the climbing and the freezing cold conditions! All students worked incredibly hard and were an absolute credit to the school. Design Award – Tiny Lives Special Care Baby Unit, RVI

Snow White: A Sacred Heart Christmas Special
For decades, Sacred Heart’s pantomime has been a highlight of the Autumn term, and this year was no exception. Sacred Heart Christmas Concert 2025: A Musical Festive Celebration

Year 13 Film Studies Musical Masterclass
The Y13 Film Studies class was lucky enough to receive a musical masterclass this month, from resident Bernard Hermann specialist, Mr Cornish. Hermann is studied as part of our work on Hitchcock's masterpiece, Vertigo (1958) - he was Hitchcock's composer across his oeuvre. Christmas Pop Up Library for Sixth Form
